Teaching

Students work the way managers work: a real case, a real diagnosis, a recommendation defended out loud.

Teaching experience

IUT Chalon-sur-Saône

In 2025–2026, adjunct lecturer (enseignant vacataire) in management science, teaching engineering students in English.

Workshop: Organizational Analysis for Technical Managers. Students learn a working diagnostic framework, apply it to a case company in small teams, and present their findings to the company's president. Structure shapes behavior; the workshop is built so they discover that themselves.

How I teach

Theory earns its place by surviving contact with a case. I bring the frameworks I use with real clients, students apply them to a real organization, and the session ends with them defending a recommendation, not reciting a definition.

For institutions

I'm open to guest lectures and adjunct engagements in management, organizational design, and entrepreneurship, in English or French. Contact me to talk about your program.
